RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
The Returns policy offered by us is mentioned below, Please read carefully for all clarifications with regard to Returns of your products. The return and subsequently the refund may not be applicable to all the products that you buy and hence it is important that you read this policy in details.
Following Returns policy is applicable to all products
Buyers can immediately Return if hand delivered by our team
72 hours if delivered by third party carrier/courier with a genuine reason to return
The Return will be only against Replacement
We may try to troubleshoot the problem with your product over phone or by using other devices online
If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost.
Note- If the rectification comes frequently then rectification cost may be applicable as per T&C.
Following products will not be eligible for Returns
Products not under warranty or exceeds the time for replacement as mentioned above are not returned and all we ask for is the product returned back to us
must have intact original Packaging, seal, and the accessories, along with invoice number.
Equipment do not fall under returns category
Products which are used directly on patients are also not returnable
Returns Pickup & Further Process Policy
As per the above policies if product falls under Returns policy, then the refund will be made after receiving & checking that the product & its packaging returned to us is unused, undamaged, in full, intact with all accessories, if any.
Once the Returned product is inspected at our end after receipt the refund will be issued in 7 working days to the same account from where payment was received for the order and if the payment was made in cash the Refund will be credited to the buyers account on our website as a coupon, which can be used against future purchases from our online store
